Anti-Spam Policy

At DeccanTech our core business revolves around ecommerce. We provide tools and services that make it easier for our clients to send bulk email. Spamming, the sending of unsolicited email is illegal and we have adopted a zero tolerance policy with regard to spam while using our services.

	You may never spam via our service or send spam that in any way implicates our services.
	The use of DeccanTech email address or URL in a bulk message or on a bulk-advertised web page is strictly prohibited.
	If you spam, even if such spamming occurs without the direct use of our services you will be reported to your own service provider by us as a spammer.

If we determine, at our sole discretion that you are involved in spamming, you will

have your account with us terminated immediately without notice or refund
charged a cleanup fee of up to $500
be reported to authorities
